Importance of establishing culture
To have a fulfilling experience in a preschool centre, establishing a positive culture in the centre is crucial. A positive culture will not only impact the preschool teachers but also the children. When teachers feel valued, the positive vibe may influence the others in the school. With a culture, systems will also be in place automatically. This will make management in the preschool centre easier and smoother. With great management, there will be greater outcome for the centre.
Survey with the teachers
In order for us to better understand the culture in the preschool centre, we conducted a survey with the teachers. Based on the result data, we have understood that most of teachers feel the lack of culture in the preschool centre they are working in.

Based on the results collected from the survey, the data shows that 50% of the teachers have no area that they could rest and release their stress from work.
