Why this topic?
With the number of young families arising, there is a high demand for preschool centres.
The government has begun building more mega preschool centres as one of the initiatives to meet the needs of new families. Needs of families are being resolve but how about needs in the centre itself?
Due to the change in the size of the preschool, we believe that the systems in the centre might be different as well. Thus, we wonder what are some of the challenges face in a mega preschool centre. We found some articles that confirm our curiosity.

As can be seen from this article, it stated that the demands for preschool centres are rising. 5 more mega preschool centre was opened up due to the demands. Even so, more preschool centres have to be built as there are parents who are still on the waiting list.

As can be seen from this article on the left, it is said that by having mega preschool centres, it will also create several unique challenges.

With this little information, we wanted to know more about other challenges that teachers themselves might face when working in a mega preschool centre.
