The Proposal

1. Raise Awareness

Before we start off with the project, we have to get the teachers in the school to be aware of what is happening. Posters are placed around the school. Audio will be played at some part of the day to get teachers excited to find out more of what is happening.

2. 1st meeting (face-to-face)

A face to face meeting is needed to let the teachers know what they are about to embark on. The happenings and objectives will be shared to the teachers at the meeting.

3. Sensational Day

First step to getting the teachers forge closer bonds will be to have an outing. This will lead to a better transition for the next initiation in the 'The Dream Team' project.

4. 2nd meeting (coffee break idea)

Coffee break is the second initiation after the outing for the teacher to participate in. The coffee break idea will be an ongoing project. More information is shared in the presentation slides.

5. 3rd meeting (introduction of 'The outing idea')

To build a good culture in the school, good relationships have to be established first. After the initiation of the coffee break, another meaningful event have to take place. By having an outing regularly, it will forge closer and permanent bonds among the teachers in the school.

6. The launch of outing idea

Once the teachers are done with the planning and collation of result, outing can then be confirm. Once the first outing is done the next committee members can be form. This will be a staff initiated outing. This is to get the tecahers feel a sense of ownership and belonging in the preschool. This are some other contributing factors to building a good relationship and ultimately a good culture.
