Importance of establishing relationship
Relationship among colleagues in the centre is crucial as well. In fact it might be the contributing factor to establishing a good culture in the school. If teachers are not able to communicate with one another properly, difficulties may arise when needed to complete tasks at work.
Survey with the teachers
After conducting the survey with the teachers, we also got to pin-point another need which was the communication problems that some teachers have with one another.

The answers that were given by the teachers showed that the relationship the teachers have with one another in the preschool is at a very surface level.

From the survey, it shows that more than 50% of the teachers would want to get closer to the staffs in the school. We can also infer that they might not be close right now hence grabbing this opportunity to get closer with one another.
